| Monday, 22nd December 2008 | Results of Round I are released 54 teams go through to Round II |
| Saturday, 17th January 2009 | Deadline for submission of Business Plans |
| Wednesday, 4th February 2009 | Results of Round II are released. Feedback is given to the 27 successful teams |
| Wednesday , 18th February 2009 | Deadline for submission of revised Business Plans |
| Tuesday, 3rd March 2009 | Results of Round III are released. Six teams are selected to fly to Singapore for the finals |
| Friday, 3rd April 2009 | Semi-Finals Six teams present to our judging panels. Top 3 teams and 1 wild card entry are selected for the Grand Finals and assigned a 'twister' |
| Saturday, 4th April 2009 | Cerebration 2009 Grand Finals |
